We have an exciting position available for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Officer to join us

We’re looking for someone who can implement an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan. You’ll ensure there is a consistent, best practise approach to equality, diversity and inclusion and promote and encourage equality, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of service delivery, policies and procedures.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Demonstrable background in an EDI role
- Excellent organisation and planning skills with a strong level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess a high standard of data and information literacy with the ability to research, analyse and present complex information effectively to a range of audiences.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
- A competent user of IT who has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
