**About the role**
The role will also require someone to assist other officers in the delivery of the service. You will need to be a good communicator and team player in order deliver this.
**You will need**
- Qualifications equivalent to NVQ level 1 or GCSE in Maths and English
- Knowledge and understanding of the issues affecting Planning
- Experience of dealing with professionals and the general public within a customer oriented service
- Good level of IT skills
**Special Conditions**
- May be required to work at other offices as and when required.

You will be employed by Publica Group Ltd which was created by four partner Councils (Cotswold District Council, West Oxfordshire District Council, Cheltenham Borough Council and Forest of Dean District Council) to deliver more efficient and improved services.
