**What you’ll be doing**:
Our Customer Service Consultants help small to medium size businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs. You will use your communication skills to build a rapport with your customer through gathering the right information to ensure you can deliver an outstanding service. You will work as part of a Customer focused service team, with customer retention and satisfaction as your primary target. You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, and have a desire to work in a dynamic, friendly, and agile team.

**Skills and experience we’re looking for**:

- Experience in call handling (ideally customer service experience) is required.
- Experience in Insurance is preferred but not essential, many of our Customer Service Consultants come from a wide variety of customer focused careers.
- You will enjoy speaking to customers, be able to build strong rapport and take a genuine interest in their needs.
- The ability to perform basic maths tasks and simple IT systems.
