**Are you ready to drive lead and opportunity management for our Ocean SME business? Do you have a knack for implementing standardized KPI reports and conducting market research? Are you skilled in maintaining CRM systems and coordinating training requirements? **If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

**Location**: Basildon

**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30

**What will you be doing?**
- Driving lead and opportunity management for our Ocean SME business
- Implementing standardized KPI reports for Field Sales performance
- Conducting market research, utilizing and exploring various lead sources
- Creating and assigning leads to Field Sales in CRM
- Conducting quality checks of Ocean Field Sales performance reports
- Maintaining the FS incentive program and supporting the calculation of incentive payments
- Coordinating Contract Management related tasks
- Coordinating Ocean Field Sales training requirements
- Coordinating Ocean Field Sales related standards and guidelines
- Reporting line to Cluster Head of Ocean Freight

**About You**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- Previous sales administration experience in the logistics industry or customer services
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Knowledge of customs processes is desirable
- Proficient in using MS Office products
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving
