**What You’ll Be Doing**:
The FCS Sales and Project Coordinator is responsible for providing FCS customers with new enquiry quotations and for processing all Powertrain orders. Elements of project management is also required to ensure that customer projects are undertaken in accordance with FCS processes. Close customer support, meetings and site visits will also be required in this position. The role will also be responsible for creating and circulating weekly reporting of current sales and forecast positions to the FCS Management Team.

**During a Typical Day, You’ll**:

- Process new customer enquiries for all product types in line with our client’s financial processes, using our client’s systems to gather required information, and meet the departmental timescales working closely with the FCS Purchasing Team.
- Provide customers with requested quotations.
- Support customer requirements for product & technical information acting as the key initial source for customers to contact. Liaise with Sales/WERS colleagues as appropriate and respond within defined time periods to ensure internal service levels are met.
- Process all Powertrain orders using our client’s systems and following internal processes, also provide cover as and when required for the processing of orders on all product types within the defined time period. Liaise with MP&L department as required to address any questions in a timely manner to ensure internal service levels are met.
- Process all customer registrations and seek management approval where required.
- Set-up of new customers in our client’s System (PSAR) making sure credit limits are approved, contracts are signed, and correct banking details and contact information has been provided.
- Provide customer support as required to meet delivery time frames and work both internally and externally to provide key information regarding project or customer order status.
- Handle customer requests for country of origin/LTSD and customs tariff Data by liaising with our client’s appointed customs broker.
- Liaise with Tax Office to ascertain yearly Plant uplifts.
- Prepare and create weekly/monthly financial reports including forecast data for the FCS Management team, analysing, and investigating unexpected variances
- Provide cover for the WERS Analyst as and when required.
- Request CAD/Drawings as and when required.
- Maintain departmental procedures and review yearly for our client’s AFR
- Identify opportunities for business process improvements and present ideas to our client and the Percepta Management Team

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- Knowledge of FCS processes and systems essential
- Previous analytical experience essential
- Automotive experience beneficial
- A level educated or equivalent
- Analytical mindset and ability to present findings
- Advanced IT skills such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well within a team
- Strong verbal/written communication and customer service
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
