_Our client, a well established and highly respected Legal Firm are seeking to appoint a bright, confident and dedicated Receptionist. The role is a key part of the support team to ensure first class service delivery for front of house and to provide administrative support as required. This role requires experience in a similar position._
- **£28,500 per annum**:

- **Nottingham City Centre - NO PARKING, 100% OFFICE BASED**:

- **Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 6.00pm**

**Duties**:

- Greet clients and visitors in a professional, client-focused, efficient, and friendly manner
- Providing efficient and professional management of the telephone system, answering all calls in a confident, courteous, and polite manner regardless of the nature of the call. Taking accurate messages and forwarding to the recipient appropriately.
- The setting up of all conference rooms for the day including refreshments and the booking of conference lunches.
- Receiving deliveries and notifying recipients as appropriate.
- Making arrangements with couriers for collections
- Ensuring that the reception, and all common areas and facilities are kept tidy
- The operation of the routine fire alarm on a weekly basis and reporting any defects as appropriate.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL
- Polite and professional manner
- Great telephone manner
- Organised and articulate
- Well presented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,500.00 per year
