**What you'll do**

We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist to join our in-house media planning and buying team to further fuel and develop our Programmatic excellence. You will be at the heart of decision-making processes as well as having access to key decision makers to influence spend, channel recommendations, and measurement solutions.

You will be leading major branding campaigns throughout the year encapsulating Glastonbury, Wimbledon & Christmas, new phone launch campaigns such as Apple iPhone & Samsung Galaxy, as well as relatively new brands such as VOXI and Broadband, taking full accountability for their planning, delivery and measurement. Although the role has no direct reports, you’ll manage the Programmatic Executive’s day-to-day workload and will support their growth and development alongside the Programmatic Lead.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Full ownership of building programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms with a clear testing approach.
- Support the Programmatic Lead in implementing Vodafone’s programmatic strategy and vision.
- Bring fresh ideas to build on the existing strategy.
- Use your understanding of the technical landscape to make proactive recommendations and optimisations.
- Build trust and ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor and coach the Programmatic Executive alongside the Programmatic Lead.

**Who you are**
- Experience in the Programmatic space in agency or client-side.
- Experience of planning and activating Programmatic display and video campaigns. Ideally via Adform and DV360.
- Track record of growing programmatic spend.
- Ability to work and collaborate across multiple teams and organisations.
- Someone that is accountable, curious, proactive and resilient.
- Experience working with CDP, CAPI and Clean rooms would be advantageous.
