The Grounds Care Group is an established Grounds Maintenance, Gritting and Invasive Weed Management Company working with multiple multi-sector clients across the UK.
Our business is growing and we are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Project Co-ordinator providing service support to our Operational managers.
You will be responsible for:
*Project co-ordination of all Invasive weed, Winter Gritting and Grounds Maintenance projects throughout the UK.
- Creating and processing project costings for all assigned projects ensuring the accurate tracking of tasks and ensuring timelines are achieved.
- Managing the administration of programme works ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date with progress and activity.
- Booking and tracking of all invasive weed visits ensuring accurate and timely follow up
- Working closely with our clients as well as our internal stakeholders
- Attend internal programming and planning meetings.
This an interesting and varied role which will suit someone with a solid administration background who is keen to develop their career in project co-ordination.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Great communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- A commercial approach
- Great attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills as well as the ability to plan head whilst working over differing timescales
- Excellent interpersonal skills so you are able to manage both internal and external stakeholders

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
