This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join the pre-construction team of a highly regarded demolition contractor in Cobham. As an Estimating Coordinator / Assistant Estimator, you will support tender processes and contribute to the delivery of high-profile projects ranging from £500k to £10m. With comprehensive training and mentorship provided, you will develop skills in estimating, project coordination, and commercial management, whilst leveraging your organisational skills to support, manage and improve the processes with the existing team.
 
In this role, you will:

Previous exposure to the construction industry, ideally in a commercial or administrative role.
