Receptionist/care Navigator

The ideal applicant would have:
Essential
- Great communication skills
- Good knowledge of IT
- Good telephone manner and be a good listener.
- Offer flexible approach to working hours
- Possess an easy-going attitude
- Able to work under pressure
- Skilled team worker
- Capable of coping with the unexpected
- Working in a customer service environment
- Working with the public

Desirable
- Knowledge of System 1 would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Working in a general practice environment
- Experience working in a reception/office environment

The main responsibilities are answering the phone, dealing with patients queries, making appointments and working as part of a team in a busy, fast paced reception.

Other duties include processing patients prescriptions, contacting patients with results and messages from the Doctors, opening daily post, filing patients records and dealing with confidential records.

**Our current positions are**:
**17 hours over 3 days Mon, Tue & Wed**

**Plus overtime to cover holidays.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 17 per week

**Benefits**:
