Full time / 12 month Fixed Term Contract (maternity cover)
Based near Towcester
Vetoquinol UK, the 7th largest animal healthcare company in the world, have an exciting opportunity for a full time, permanent Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing team.
This role will be collaborating with key players in our organisation to provide the necessary administrative support to deliver campaigns and brand plans successfully across all departments. The role will also be responsible for overseeing the department’s purchasing processes, supporting Key Account marketing activity and liaising with external suppliers and service providers.
The main duties of the role will be to:
- Provide a full range of general administrative support to the Marketing team - Companion Animal (Vet and Retail Channel), FPA, Solutions team, Key Accounts team and Technical Managers
- Provide administrative support for congresses and customer and internal events as required
- Administer the department purchasing in-line with Group guidelines and policies and to monitor costs
- Manage literature supply, including portal and 3rd party supplier management, stock management and re-ordering
- Provide proactive support to improve/streamline administrative processes as required by the Marketing department
