**Job title**:Lead Project Professional - Test & Commissioning

**Location**:Barrow-in-Furness, we offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements

**Salary**: £46,000+ - depending on skills & experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Utilising your Project Management experience in leading, supporting and guiding to the T&C Function in the development and delivery of Strategic vision and Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Ensure procedures are followed based on your own knowledge and experience of Project Management
- Be accountable for the budget, performance and results of the team
- Adapting and developing project plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
- Conducting full performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination and other personnel actions

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Recognised Project Management qualification (e.g. APMQ), or equivalent experience
- Experience within Project Controls
- Knowledge of commercial practices within own project area
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

**The Test & Commissioning team**:
The Test & Commissioning team is responsible for setting the submarine to work and to demonstrate its performance. The work is critical and is performed in a dynamic and exciting environment. This is a Project Management opportunity to deliver the business & strategic objectives in support of our programmes.
