**Salary**: Starting from £43,373 depending on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Adapting and developing project plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
- Performing advanced project reporting & scheduling across the Strategic Capability accountability
- Agreeing project approach with stakeholders, and prepares realistic plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) and tracks activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate
- Consolidating expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives
- Supporting and promoting the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Control Account Management experience
- APM qualification or equivalent by experience
- Good understanding of Lifecycle Management
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications

Desirable:

- Knowledge of standard Project Management toolsets including JIRA and Confluence

This is an exciting opportunity to join the NX GenDigital Team supporting the Strategic People Capability leadership team which is at the forefront of delivery for the SSNA programme. The role will develop and deliver the plans for Training, Business Change, Communications and Business Realisation Delivery, whilst increasing then maintaining delivery tempo, enabling the detailed development and deployment of a new System of Work into BAE Systems Submarines, achieved through the development of the Siemens NX & Teamcenter CAD & PLM system.
