**Principal accountabilities**
- You will pack equipment into specified packaging securely and safely ready for shipping
- You will also photograph shipping crates once packed and upload pictures onto server for future reference if needed
- As out Despatch coordinator you will ensure all packed goods are buddy checked to ensure compliance to packing list prior to despatch
- Prepare required documentation and upload onto customers systems when required
- To inform Customers when goods are ready for collection and to ensure that Customer Services are copied in to all Customer communication
- To maintain a clean and safe working environment as per company Health and Safety guidelines
- Identify and report any hazards or safety issues
- Ensure compliance to ISO9001 and ISO14001 as well as the RMSPumptools Quality Management System through a structured approach to working practices.

**Qualifications**
- Good product knowledge
- Proficiency with core MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Proficient with the use of EFACS
- Must be a confident and clear communicator
- Have a good understanding of the RMSPumptools Quality Management System requirements
- Must be able to work to documented instructions
