Roper Rhodes Ltd is one of the UK’s leading suppliers of bathroom furniture and bathroom products, with over 40 years experience in designing and developing beautiful bathrooms.
We are recruiting for an administrative Assistant to provide support across multiple departments in our beautiful Bath offices.
This is a newly created role, working on a part time basis, 20-25 hours a week on a flexible arrangement. We could accommodate 4-5 hours per day Mon-Fri or 7-8 hours per day three days per week
The salary is £25,000-£27,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
In addition to salary we have a market leading benefits package which includes a generous pension scheme, 25 days holiday (pro rata) increasing with length of service, private GP service, annual salary review and bonus scheme, life assurance and free onsite parking to name a few.
We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent interpersonal and communication and organisation skills.
**The main responsibilities of the role are**:
- Support marketing management with administrative tasks including but not limited to:
- Purchasing studio materials for photo shoots
- Sourcing brochures quotes
- Setting up credit accounts for suppliers
- Managing marketing inbox
- Data sheet uploads to website
- Support Senior Accounts Assistant, accounts team & Board PA with general administrative tasks at HQ as and when required.
- Office management:
- Maintaining & ordering washroom, kitchen and office supplies
- Ordering & distribution of staff gifts & recognition awards
- Office & Business support
- Car fleet ordering, organising replacement cars, liaising with fleet company.
- Acting as the lead social event and charity event coordinator for the Company.
- Meet & show suppliers around.
- Provide refreshments for guests.
- Order catering/lunches as required for visitors/guests/meetings.
- Organising & booking meeting rooms
- Support Board of directors in absence of the Board PA (holiday cover, illness etc)
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
