Join Brett as a Systems Application Support Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of critical systems. Your role will be varied and would be suitable for someone keen to take ownership of the systems support and customer service.

Responsibilities include resolving issues, system improvement, access management, documentation creation, and overseeing data processing needs.

**Your Role**
- Providing support, technical expertise, and administrative services to users of critical systems
- Investigating and resolving issues, engaging in system process re-engineering, and driving continuous improvement
- Maintaining and proactively reporting on the prioritized work register
- Assisting with access and permissions for starters, leavers, and role changes
- Overseeing Group-wide static/common data and functional processing needs
- Conducting thorough user and system testing
- Ensuring business teams are equipped with the necessary skills, documentation, and access for smooth transitions, early life support, and ongoing system use
- Support version and change control for key system environments
- Assisting in creation of user guides and training materials

**About You**
- IT Computing Degree
- Substantial business experience in app support
- Technical expertise in ERP/LOB apps
- PL/SQL training/experience
- Track record in data quality, user training, and upgrades
- Inherent motivation with a rapid learning curve
- Goal-oriented with excellent prioritization/documentation skills
- Exceptional customer-facing skills
- Strong team player, local with willingness to travel
