**Job Overview**:

- To manager/ support the relationship between the business and our Authorized Service Centre’s ensuring control and compliance to policy and procedure is adhered to by both parties.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure procedures/ policy’s/ processes are established and adhered to
- Manage DOS (Dealer Operating Standards) and ensure compliance through audits and regular ASC contact.
- Ensure correct portals/ software is used by ASC’s
- Manage/ support/ develop KPI’s for ASC’s
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the targets are achieved/ exceeded
- Help standardise/ align ways of working and develop new when required
- Establish and support training needs for ASC’s and work with training department to deliver programme
- Work closely with Service P&L holders supporting via forecasting, budgeting, capture rates and performance
- Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions and in compliance with the company's safety rules / procedures and with regulations and codes of practice.
- Support the company’s efforts to reduce accidents / incidents by reporting unsafe actions or conditions and participating in Safety Walks, Safety Audits and 5S events etc. as required.
