**About the Role**:We are seeking a detail driven Purchase Ledger Administrator who wants to join an established central finance team in Milton Keynes. As a Purchase Ledger Administrator, you will collate, record and process all invoices, expenses,foreign invoices and company credit cards for the firm in a timely manner, ensuring the correct coding and authorisation. You will organise payment of suppliers within the constraints of supplier payment terms and the firm’s cash flow.

Responsibilities will include processing supplier invoices via the SAP system in a timely manner, weekly review of purchase order listing and chasing outstanding invoices. Processing monthly payments via BACS and of weekly foreign payment run. Undertakingmonth end procedures and reconciliations.

**Requirements**:To be considered for this role, you will certainly have a good knowledge of purchase ledger systems and of VAT. You will be organised and have an ability to prioritise workload to ensure all deadlines are met. We are lookingfor someone with a proactive attitude, able to think outside of the box. IT literate - Excel, Word and SAP (although SAP not essential).
