We are seeking a Communications Executive to join our highly dynamic Marketing Team within AJW Group to support the internal and external communications of AJW, promoting the values, employer branding, and business-related thought leadership. You will help the Communications Manager execute our internal and external communications strategy, and will be responsible for executing the company newsletter, managing the internal communications content calendar, implementing website content updates, and promoting customer testimonials and case studies.

Working alongside, and supporting, the Communications Manager and wider marketing team to:
**Content execution**
- Deploy the internal company newsletter on a regular basis, ensuring it is informative, engaging, and aligned with the company's brand identity.
- Manage the internal communications content calendar, ensuring content is delivered on time and meets our high-quality standards.
- Analyse internal communications metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimise communications effectiveness.
- Deploy articles on the company website and internal and external communication channels, ensuring they are SEO-friendly, informative, and engaging.
- Coordinate and deploy PR initiatives, including press releases, website updates, and internal and external communication channels.
- Implement website content updates, including creating and updating landing pages, product descriptions, and other content to ensure the website is up-to-date and aligned with the company's brand identity.
- Work with the Campaign Manager to develop and deploy demand-led content that resonates with the target audience and supports lead generation efforts.
- Publish blog posts on a regular basis that inform, educate, and engage our internal and external audiences and promote company vision and values through creative content creation.
- Place customer testimonials and case studies on the website, internal and external communication channels, and other relevant platforms to promote the company's brand and increase customer engagement.
