Our well established client is looking for a **Receptionist/ Admin Support **to join their busy and thriving law firm, based in Bromley.

This role is critical to the success of our firm as you will be the first person clients meet on the phone or in the office. You will be our best advert for the firm and our services.

This is a client facing role so we are looking for someone who is friendly and knows how to make people feel welcome and valued when they contact us, putting them at their ease as you direct them to the member of the team who can best help them.

**The role**

You will be the main receptionist answering calls and transferring them, taking messages and booking meeting rooms.

You will support the firm by putting together marketing packs, onboarding new clients and sending out quotes for our conveyancing work using online tools and our case management system.

At the same time, you will assist the office manager with tasks such as archiving files, booking couriers, ordering stationery and managing the incoming and outgoing post, liaising with our printer and phone suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the firm.

- Experience as a receptionist/telephonist and in an administrative role
