Home Care Assistant

Responsibilities

Driving Licence is essential.
Visiting vulnerable service users in their own homes and supporting them to carry out their daily tasks.
- Assisting with patient mobility and transfers.
- Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing.
- Preparing client meals and snacks and feeding or supervising eating and drinking.
- Monitoring Clients health conditions.
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Administering of medication.
- Transportation of clients to medical appointments and basic errands.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to service users.
**Responsibilities**:
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients.

**Salary**: £10.45-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 - 50 per week
