The Business Support Centre is a Sales Support Team providing day to day support to the Bidfood team of National Account Managers& their customers. The role of BSC Admin is to support and administer BSC processes to ensure that Customer needs are met across range of platforms and Central functions. You will be responsible for supporting and administrating the BSC processes to meet our customers’ needs across a variety of trading platforms. You will work to the KPI’s set by your line manager.

Some of your duties will include:

- Processing samples/allocations.
- Maintenance of the DWR statistics database.
- Keying of pricing credits
- Preparation and control of the product recall procedure
- Processing and logging of NATOPS and reporting to relevant people
- Opening, amending and purging agreements and contracts
- Running the daily updates to ensure reports are sent out each morning to the teams

You should posses a logical approach to problem solving and the ability to see ‘the bigger picture’ would be beneficial. Excellent working knowledge of the Reflex system will be essential along with an intermediate level for all Microsoft packages.
