**Description**
- To be the first point of contact for the Company, redirecting phone calls, welcoming guests and greeting those that visit the building. Also, coordinating front desk activities, including administration, correspondence and facilities management.
This role is a part time position, working 1pm - 5pm, five days per week.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests when they arrive
- Direct visitors to the appropriate contact
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Take accurate messages if contact unavailable
- Ensure reception area is kept tidy with the necessary stationery and materials
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Receive sort and distribute mail and parcels daily
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access by monitoring logbook and issuing visitor fobs
- Issue locker keys when requested
- Replenish stock levels of consumables in common areas such as kitchens and toilets as and when required during the day
- Liaise and manage facilities management relationship
- Ad hoc support to the Executive Assistant

**Qualifications**
- None, although experience in a customer facing role would be an advantage

- Multi-tasking and time management skills
- First class customer service attitude

KNOWLEDGE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior switchboard knowledge
