We have a fantastic opportunity for a general office admin role to join our growing plumbing and heating company on a permeant basis. For this role, we are looking for a driven, self starting individual who has existing experience in office duties, ideally with a trade based background.

The role will be to arrange the booking of new enquires and jobs and also to update our clients with progress made. Booked jobs will then be added to our diary with all relevant information needed for the engineer to accurately complete the job.

The main responsibilities within this role are:

- Taking bookings accurately and advising clients of our services.
- Ensure all SLA's are met within the required timescales
- Proactively keeping clients informed of jobs with any delays or issues.

The key skills you need for this role include**:Managing and exceeding customer expectations**
- Being highly organised
- Acting on your own initiative without constant supervision
- Computer literate
- Excellent punctuality and timekeeping
