Envelop Risk is a rapidly growing cyber underwriter, harnessing underwriting, and artificial intelligence-based simulation modelling to build cyber insurance and reinsurance products for global use.

Envelop Risk is the leading technology agency combining world leaders in (re)insurance underwriting and artificial intelligence-based simulation modelling. We build cyber insurance products to be distributed globally.

**The Role**

We are currently creating foundations to help us grow. Operational processes are vital to help us scale successfully. At Envelop, our Operations team is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business, as well as supporting the development, delivery and documentation of strategy, projects and products. You will support the Head of Operations with coordinating and collaborating with product, project and functional teams across the business to ensure that all the necessary tools, resources and support are available to complete work on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administration and management of our OKRs and OKR software
- Support strategic cross-functional projects, and initiatives
- Creation and maintenance of operations, product, and project management documentation & frameworks
- Support our company-wide reporting process to ensure regular high-quality and compliant reporting to key stakeholders
- Assist in building and optimising our M.I centre
- Continuous improvement of our operational processes through evaluation of MI trends
- Internal and change communications
- Documenting meetings and ensuring that identified actions are implemented

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience and excellent knowledge of working with OKRs or other Performance Management/Objective setting frameworks
- Successfully managed projects and/or products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly collaborative and enjoys working in a matrixed environment
- Excellent time management skills with experience in using workflow management tools
- Highly organised with a passion for planning and documenting work. Knowledge of Confluence or similar products is valuable
- Desire to learn about the Insurance, Reinsurance, Analytics or Cyber industries
- Logical mindset with an interest in/ proven knowledge of agile methodologies
