- 1x Permanent Part time role (21 hours per week)
- 1x 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (35 hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within our busy Dental Complaints Service (DCS), helping to resolve complaints relating to dental care, protect patient safety and maintain public confidence in dental professionals.

As a Dental Complaints Service Officer, you will help to facilitate the resolution of complaints raised to the DCS, by providing information and support to patients. You will mediate complaints in an impartial, fair and informed manner to secure mutually agreeable outcomes.

**About you**

You will provide experience of working in a complaints resolution or customer service role at an operational level, whilst delivering a high-quality service. You will need excellent communication, listening and negotiating skills, along with demonstrable empathy, tact and discretion when discussing sensitive issues.

Strong organisational, analytical and team working skills are essential, as well as proficiency with the MS Office suite and experience of using a CRM database.
