Receptionist/administrator

Hours: 08:00am - 16:30pm
**Responsibilities**:
- Greeting and assisting visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering and directing mainline phone calls, taking messages where necessary.
- Organising courier and post office deliveries and collections.
- Maintaining general office supplies contracts for head office and sites. (Water, Stationary etc)
- Preparation of new projects documentation packs.
- Ad hoc scanning, laminating and printing.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or front of house role preferred.
- GDPR competent.
- Proficient with MS office software (Word, Excel).
- Ability to multi-task department needs, plan and prioritise and shift priorities quickly in a fast-moving environment.
- Can demonstrate methodical administration skills with good attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all business levels.
- Resilient, professional and possesses a good work ethic.
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
- Sense of urgency.
