**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing eBikes for sale, including assembling, adapting, upgrading, and fitting accessories.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain all electrical and mechanical components of eBikes safely and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers to ensure high-quality service.
- Use and maintain IT and record systems accurately.
- Help with sales when required and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Organise necessary resources and work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrate a high level of mechanical aptitude.
- Bring a cheerful and helpful personality to work.
- Strong communication skills with both colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Have your own transport, ideally a bike or eBike.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £19,999.00-£26,000.00 per year
