Call Centre Agent

Over the course of the last 27 years, we’ve built a highly successful, market-leading telephone answering service with a reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service.

We answer calls for over 7000 UK Clients 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

We are currently expanding our operation and are looking to recruit Call Centre Agents to join our Night Shift and work a 40-hour week between the hours of 11pm and 8am in our fast paced and friendly environment.

The hourly rate of pay is £18 between 11pm and 6am, £10 per hour between 6am and 8am Monday to Friday, £11.50 Saturday and £12.50 Sunday.

As a Call Centre Agent, you will need an excellent telephone manner along with an ability to control conversations and create accurate and well spelt messages.
