**As an Accounts Clerk, your Key Responsibilities will be**:

- Compile payroll information to support our Accountant, to ensure efficient payroll process.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, to determine the financial health of the company.
- Manage arbitration and reconciliation process. Ensure the implementation of practices to reduce debtors’ days.
- Providing financial reports for management and audit purposes. Assist with company financial planning.
- Enter financial data into spreadsheets or accountancy software.
- Ensure our client information is kept up to date.

**The Experience, Skills & Behaviours we need from our Accounts Clerk**:

- 3 years’ experience in a bookkeeping/accounts-based role or similar (essential).
- Competency in common software - Microsoft Office package & Xero (essential).
- Relevant professional certification - AAT or similar (essential).
- Previous experience in client relationship management.
- Demonstrable administration, organisation and planning skills.
- Support the development and implementation of an ongoing financial planning process.
- Experience within the security sector is desirable.
