About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills and experience in sales ledger and the following duties:
- Importing Sales Data: Importing sales data into the accounts database, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Processing Sales Receipts: Processing and allocating sales receipts in a timely manner.
- Invoice and Credit Note Management: Raising invoices and credit notes, both external and inter-company, with attention to detail.
- Credit Control: Managing credit control processes to minimize bad debt.
- Accounts Receivable Support: Providing assistance with accounts receivable tasks as needed.
- Customer Account Reconciliations: Conducting customer account reconciliations and resolving queries.
- VAT Compliance: Ensuring VAT compliance in all financial transactions.
- Customer and Vendor Management: Maintaining accurate customer and vendor information.
- Audit Support: Assisting with audit processes to ensure financial accuracy.
- Account Reconciliation and License Monitoring: Monitoring accounts and license agreements to prevent any issues.
