Description
- Processing invoices and credit notes accurately
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Preparing payment runs and BACS payments
- Assisting with month-end close procedures
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Maintaining an organised and efficient filing system
- Supporting the wider finance team as required
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
- A strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent numerical and financial acumen
