Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to assist in the smooth operation of our finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts, excellent IT skills, and the ability to multitask with ease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
  • Manage and reconcile accounts, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control
  • Prepare and process monthly payment runs
  • Conduct VAT reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager
Requirements
  • Strong background in accounts, including sales ledger, purchase ledger, and credit control
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in financial software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident and proactive approach to work
