**Introduction**:
Excellent opportunity for a driven and highly organised team player to join our rapidly expanding consultancy business. The purpose of this full-time, permanent role is to bring operational rigour to our business, services, and client engagements, and to support the Project & Resourcing Manager to deliver on team objectives. The Operations Team sits at the heart of the business and ensures that client services are delivered to the highest quality, internal policies and processes are followed, and strategic priorities are actioned.

**The Role**:
**1. Penetration Testing**
- Scheduling and facilitating project scoping calls with client and consultants.
- Gathering project scoping information to populate Statements of Work (SoWs)
- Preparing SoWs and sending to clients
- Ensuring SoWs are signed and returned
- Scheduling projects effectively
- Scheduling and facilitating project ‘kick off’ calls
- Ensuring clients prerequisites have been met
- Ensuring consultants have all information required before engagements commence
- Monitoring engagement progress and updating internal trackers
- Ensuring reports are completed, QA reviewed and authorised for release on time
- Ensuring approved reports are securely shared with clients on time
- Scheduling post-engagement wash-up calls with clients

**2. Cyber Security**
- Scheduling projects effectively
- Scheduling and facilitating project ‘kick off’ calls
- Ensuring clients prerequisites have been met
- Leading on project progress calls with the clients and consultants
- Ensuring consultants have all information required before engagements commence
- Monitoring engagement progress and updating internal trackers
- Ensuring reports are completed, QA reviewed and authorised for release on time
- Ensuring approved reports are securely shared with clients on time
- Scheduling post-engagement wash-up calls with clients

**3. Data Protection**
- Facilitating project ‘kick off’ calls
- Agreeing key milestones and creating project plans
- Scheduling discovery calls
- Leading on project progress calls with the clients and consultants
- Tracking of project hours and highlighting concerns to key stakeholders
- Monitoring completeness of client management records (CMRs)

**4. ISO**
- Facilitating project ‘kick off’ calls
- Agreeing key milestones and creating project plans

- Tracking of project hours and highlighting concerns to key stakeholders
- A ‘can-do’ attitude, firm commitment and willingness to add value

- Competent in customer facing situations
- Project management experience desirable but not essential

**Package**:
We are offering £22,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.

All employees receive 25 days of annual leave in addition to the 8 statutory bank holidays, life assurance and have the option to receive pension contributions within our scheme. Upon successful completion of probation, you would also benefit from private medical insurance, dental cashback, and optical cashback.
