**Hours of Employment**: 16 hours per week (0930-1430) - Monday, Wednesday and Friday (some flexibility)

**Job Summary**:
As an Administrator for our Supported Living service, you will be involved in all aspects of admin, relating to the care and support of our service users, and that of service delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. System Management**:

- Have a good understanding of the care management system, as well as a sound understanding of policies and procedures.

**2. Data Entry and Maintenance**:

- Input and maintain accurate service user and employee records.

**3. Scheduling and Staffing**:

- Support in the scheduling of caregivers, ensuring that client care assignments are efficiently and effectively organised.
- Monitor caregiver availability, assignments, and shifts.

**4. Financial support**:

- Support the Registered Manager is carrying out financial audits of service user accounts and petty cash expenditure in the homes.

**5. Reporting**:

- Generate reports and analytics from our care management system to track key performance metrics and operational data.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of schedules, billing, and client data.

**6. Communication and Documentation**:

- Liaise with internal departments to gather information at the request of the Registered Manager.
- Communicate relevant update to workforce, other departments and stakeholders.

**7. General support**:

- To support the Registered Manager and Directors with all aspects of service delivery and CQC compliance

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with care management systems, preferably “Nourish.”
- Someone who has a good understanding of care and service delivery.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices.
