Due to continued growth, our client is currently looking to employ a new Commercial Insurance Sales Executive. As the job title suggests, you will need to have an aptitude for sales in this role.
**Salary**: £25,000 to £30,000 plus uncapped commission - OTE up to £45k plus

About the Company: An established independent broker. Providing solutions to a wide-rage of Commercial clients.
About the role: You'll be responsible for the account handling of commercial lines customers with risks ranging from Motor Trade, Property Owners, Commercial Combined and Fleet with an emphasis on new business. With the help of the senior management team you will look to identify opportunities to grow the book through offering relevant cross sales and referral leads.

Main duties in this role:
- Responsible for growing our commercial clients through new business / arranging policies for new clients
- Be a point of referral within the team
- Organise daily work to ensure compliance is met at all times
- Liaise with Underwriters to help secure the retention of clients.
- Identify new markets, schemes and other opportunities to help grow the Business
The skills you'll bring to the role:
- Thorough trades experience including Contractors All Risks insurance knowledge would be an advantage
- Minimum two years' experience dealing with commercial clients or an excellent non insurance sales track record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Organised and effective worker
