We are a small family run industrial cleaning company, mainly working for large construction companies.
we are looking for a part-time bookkeeper to take on the following duties
Allocating receipts in accordance with customer remittances
Credit control & customer ledger maintenance
Posting of supplier invoices/receipts
Allocating supplier payments
Credit control & supplier ledger maintenance
Posting bank transactions
Monthly bank reconciliations
VAT return
Maintain files & documentation thoroughly and accurately in accordance with company policy & accepted accounting practices.
General admin duties.
