MMP Consultancy is looking to recruit a Payroll Assistant to join a national organisation based in North London.
This role would suit an experienced Payroll Assistant or Payroll Administrator with experience of inputting timesheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working to support the payroll team to input timesheets for the operatives daily.
- Processing daily timesheets to a high standard, ensuring that payroll meet their deadlines. Inputting and processing daily timesheets for circa 70 operatives with other team members into the timesheet system
- Scanning timesheets into folders for future access by payroll to review.
- Chasing missing timesheets, annual leave forms and sickness forms as required by the business.
- Working closely with payroll, supervisors and managers to ensure queries with timesheets are resolved in a timely manner.
- Set up and manipulating spreadsheets
- Timesheet reconciliation
Skills Required:
- Educated to GCSE maths standard or equivalent
- Experience of processing monthly payrolls
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels in both written and verbal communication
- Working to deadlines
- Accuracy
- Good eye for detail
