**Description**:
Chubb is seeking a **Head of Data Transformation EMEA **responsible for the delivery and execution of the EMEA portfolio at Chubb. The role will ensure that the business requirements (both functional and technical) are well understood, and the solutions are delivered to meet the requirements. The role will also collaborate with the regional and local business, transformation, and technology teams to understand their strategy, roadmap, and priorities, such that the Global Data Office can deliver on these requirements. The role is also tasked with the management and long-term prioritization of the business’s overall analytical needs and opportunities.

The role will encompass building and sharing our Data Strategy, storytelling & effectively communicating to internal stakeholders and our data leadership team. The role focus will also drive performance of data delivery and analytics solutions to impact overall business results while keeping costs in check and ensuring the department remains within the planned budget.

**Reporting**:Head of Data Delivery, COG (primary) and Head of Data Delivery EMEA (secondary)

**Responsibilities**:
Support the Head of Data Transformation COG / Transformation Lead and Head of Data Delivery EMEA

**Goal 1 (Execution Priority): Delivery Oversight - Manage/oversee the execution and delivery of Programs.**
- Deliver the agreed upon Scope/Commitments using Agile practices for EMEA Squads
- Collaborate with Business Partners to prioritize delivery commitments based on business value / OKR measures.
- Mitigate risks, issues, and impediments to help the EMEA squads be successful.
- Proactively identify and plan for dependencies and ensure shared alignment before making EMEA delivery commitments.
- Communicate any urgent risks/issues in a timely manner to GDO Leads and Stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Populate Scorecards and Status reports to provide timely and accurate progress by the requested deadline (includes Monthly Scorecards, Quarterly Updates and OKR tracking)
- Ensure EMEA Squads are completing Clarity Timesheets in a timely manner. Change Management tasks need to be completed on time.

**Goal 2 (Execution Priority): Agile Project Methodology**:

- Lead Ceremonies: Quarterly Planning, Iteration/Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Stand-ups, Demos and Retrospectives in alignment with enterprise/GDO standards
- Leverage Jira for work management tracking by squad in alignment with enterprise standards including quarterly commitments, OKR alignment and capacity planning.
- Continuous Improvement - Ensure continuous improvement processes are being implemented, leveraging metrics/reporting and tooling (Jira) to increase overall Agile maturity.
- Coach Squad members, and other individuals in effective Agile practices
- Foster self-organization and growth within Squads and Domains
- Pursue learning/training opportunities within the Program/Project Management and Technology Domains:
