**Hours: Zero Hours**:

- **(Shifts include 11.00am - 7.00pm, 6.00pm - 11.00pm & Set ups hours 9.00am - 5.00pm)**_
**Pay Rate: NMW**

**Job Purpose**:
Shift work including weekends and bank holidays and a mixture of shifts, as and when required. Shift times are 11.00am - 7.00pm, 6.00pm - 11.00pm & 9.00am - 5.00pm with a few varying shifts in between.

**Key responsibilities and duties**
- Assist with operations on match days, including bar work.
- Assist with operations during functions, including bar work.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety protocols set out by the business.
- Help with set ups.
- Maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Provide positive guest interactions and customer service.
- Feel confident enough to check customers / guests for proper identification when serving alcoholic beverages, in accordance with local and company laws and regulations.
- Have a basic cashiering procedures like handling money and processing credit and debit cards.
- Perform any other assigned reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned or as requested by Supervisors or manager.

**Experience (Desirable)**
- Previous experience in a fast paced, customer facing role but not essential.

**Knowledge & Skills (Essential)**
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and juggle conflicting demands.

**Personal Qualities**
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both alone and as a member of a team.
- Have a positive attitude and be able to offer excellent customer service.
- Ability to use own initiative and work proactively.
- A Willingness to learn and continuously develop.
- Assertive, calm with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexible to meet the requirements of the needs of the business.
