An exciting opportunity as arisen for experience and strategic BD development Manager with experience in security solutions within construction and facilities management. You will join a reputable and fast-growing business specialising particularly withinfacilities and security services within the property market, offering a broad range of its customers a tailor-made approach.
This is a great step for someone looking to join a company with a view to progression in their career and add value. You will be responsible for new and existing business, seeking to secure new contracts for the business and work collaboratively across multiplefunctions on various projects.
Location - Enfield - North London (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary - Market related + Car Allowance + Commission
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts
- Identifying new revenue opportunities
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients
- Attending networking events to attract and retain clients
- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies with the team to grow business
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
- Collaborating with the Head of Sales on sales goals and strategies
- Support the team with other responsibilities as required;
Essential requirements
- Proven Business development experience within hard security solutions (facilities management/construction)
- Experience selling into the residential / commercial, and social property sectors (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work towards sales targets and KPI's
- Experience or familiar with CRM software
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to sell value and create credibility
