Administrator Production/despatch

**Working 3 days per week, hours are flexible over 3 days working between 08:00 and 17:00. Working days preferably are Monday, Thursday and Friday, with flexibility to cover holidays.**
**Previous experience working in an office environment**
**Previous experience of Microsoft packages (word/excel)**
**Overall goal**
To offer support to all team members in the Dispatch/Production office. Undertaking tasks such as creatin picking lists and works orders liaising with other departments on factored items, general administrative tasks
**Duties**:
- To generate pick sheets daily for all customers paying special attention to batch and stock accuracy
- Progress production in order to prevent delays in orders
- Progress factored items in order to prevent delays in orders
- Go through overdue orders and progress in order to complete
- Run order bank in advance to highlight any issue that may arise and any orders that need prior attention
- Communicate with sales office and transport coordinator about daily dispatch
- Monitor works order request sheet
- Raise works orders
To deliver business functional results, whilst developing and working towards the strategic core competencies and acting in the spirit of the company values (START: Safety, Teamwork, Accountability, Respect and Trust)
