Team Leader Non Lgv Cleansing

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Team Leader NON LGV (Cleansing) for a local Council in Keynsham.
- 37 / 48 hours per week (dependent on specific post). Work patterns can vary but are between Monday to Sunday 6am to 9pm as per the rota.
- Driver must have a valid category C1 licence

- A generous holiday allowance and special leave provisions
- Temporary to permanent
To be responsible for supervising allocated staff and carrying out operations within the Cleansing Service within Bath and North East Somerset which will involve driving a non LGV vehicle (including mechanical street sweeping & washing equipment) and overseeingthe use of vehicles, plant and machinery.
You may be required to undertake continuous heavy physical work and to lift and carry equipment to/from vehicles.
These posts require continuous physical effort throughout the working day as well as strength and endurance.
You will be expected to work all bank holidays except for Xmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day for which lieu days will be given in return.
