Global1Partners Ltd are recruiting for a Project Enquiry Coordinator to join our growing team at our branch in Flint, North Wales.

The role is a full-time position working Mon-Fri 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Within this role key tasks will include:
Direct support to the Customer Relations & Marketing Manger
- Receive enquiries and produce accurate quotations for various types of Lift equipment
- Processing Orders and Generate Electronic Order Files
- Maintain quote templates and pricelists
- Issue Weekly and monthly reports to Directors
- Work together with engineering team to ensure specific customer requirements for quotations are satisfied.
- Work together with sales managers to ensure customers receive highest level of service throughout the quoting process.

The ideal applicant will:

- Have previous experience in a busy B2B office environment
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Be able to Work to tight deadlines
- Be an excellent team player whilst also able to work independently and use own initiative
- Be computer literate with good IT skills including use of MS word, excel, outlook.
- Have strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a logical and systematic manner
- Experience/knowledge of lift components an advantage but not essential

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
