A distinguished law firm, highly regarded and recognized in the Legal 500, is presently in search of a proficient Conveyancing Assistant to join their expanding Conveyancing Team at their prestigious Guildford office.

- Enable attorneys to focus on legal tasks while upholding exceptional client service standards.
- Facilitate supervised involvement in junior-level fee earning assignments.
- Type transcriptions from digital dictations for comprehensive documentation.
- Oversee procedures for opening files and generating invoices.
- Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Word and other pertinent software.
- Coordinate schedules and schedule appointments.
- Draft and prepare essential documents.
- Address client inquiries and issues promptly.
- Assist with research endeavors.
- Aid Fee Earners with caseloads and undertake supervised junior-level fee earning tasks.
- Handle filing duties and other general administrative tasks.

We're on the lookout for someone with strong IT skills and exceptional typing speed, demonstrating outstanding organizational and administrative abilities, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills, including polished telephone etiquette. Collaboration, autonomy, and adaptability in a dynamic, forward-thinking workplace are essential. Previous experience as a legal secretary, especially in conveyancing, is highly regarded.
