We are looking for a motivated, friendly individual to join our busy office based in Nelson, Lancashire.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
Contract type: Permanent
We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable administrator to manage our purchase orders and invoices. In this role, you will verify customer information, issue invoices and relay order instructions
Administrator Responsibilities:
Receiving and processing purchase orders.
Issuing sales transaction invoices.
Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
Expediting orders through internal liaison.
Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
Identifying new products to add to those on offer.
Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
