Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. As the Wedding and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of weddings and events, from the initial inquiry stage through to flawless execution on the big day. Your expertise in wedding and event planning, coupled with your commercial acumen, will be essential in maximizing sales opportunities and identifying new areas of growth for our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Wedding & Event Planning: Take charge of all wedding and event planning activities, including liaising with clients, understanding their preferences, and assisting them in choosing suitable packages and services to meet their needs.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Actively seek opportunities to enhance sales and revenue by upselling additional services, customizing packages, and identifying new avenues for business growth.
- Guest Service: Ensure exceptional guest service throughout the entire event, making sure that all attendees have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors, such as florists, caterers, photographers, and other service providers, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events.
- Budget Management: Work within budgetary constraints provided by clients while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting their expectations.
- On-site Coordination: Be present during events to oversee all logístical aspects, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Marketing and Promotion: Contribute to marketing efforts by showcasing successful events, creating content for promotional materials, and participating in client acquisition strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest wedding and event trends, and bring innovative ideas and fresh concepts to enhance our offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Track Record: A strong background in wedding and events planning with a portfolio of successful past events is essential.
- Commercial Mindset: A business-oriented approach with the ability to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Enthusiasm and Organization: Display passion for the role, maintain a positive attitude, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills.
- Self-Motivated: Work autonomously and take the initiative to deliver outstanding results.
- Guest Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and vendors to create a harmonious work environment.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
