At Hotel the Oxford Eastgate Hotel, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We are seeking a Reservations Supervisor who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ready to optimize our reservations process and revenue strategies.

Key Responsibilities:_**

**Revenue Optimisation**:

- Maximize RevPAR by refining revenue strategies with the Central Revenue team.
- Manage third-party sites and agents to ensure effective reservations procedures and high conversion rates.

**Group Reservations**:

- Oversee group reservations to meet budget goals and support the selling strategy.
- Minimise revenue loss through robust group and reservations processes.

**Market Competitiveness**:

- Implement strategies to keep the hotel ahead in the local market.
- Contribute to and adhere to the hotel’s selling strategy.

**Customer and Team Relationships**:

- Build strong relationships with guests and team members to understand and meet their needs.
- Assist in training and coaching front office team members.
