Credit Control Executive Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute credit control processes to manage and reduce outstanding balances
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Conduct credit checks on new customers and review credit limits for existing customers
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with clients and internal departments
- Prepare regular reports on credit control status and outstanding debts
- Liaise with clients to negotiate payment terms and resolve any payment issues
- Maintain accurate records of all credit control activities and customer communications
- Participate in finance meetings to present findings and discuss strategies for improving cash flow
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, accounting, or related field. High School Diploma required. Bilingual preferred.
- Previous experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or related field
- Strong understanding of credit management principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
