We are currently recruiting for a
**Receptionist/Administrator **to join our
**Müller Milk & Ingredients** business at our
**Bridgwater** site.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual that can demonstrate the ability to follow directions and support the day to day administrative tasks of the business. The role will involve providing both internal and customer focused support services and requires an individual with effective organisational skills and excellent team working to ensure the workload is processed according to meet the businesses need and escalated where appropriate to maintain service levels.

This position will be based at the Bridgwater Site working
**Monday - Friday** - 8am - 4pm.

**Key Tasks**
- Manage payroll and HR administration to include time and attendance and holiday recording
- Support site people processes
- Responsible for agency booking, collation and management of timesheets and associated invoicing processes
- Process Purchase Order’s (PO) and reconcile invoices.
- Order uniforms & PPE - responsible for managing stock control and distribution
- Create and distribute reports for the site - H&S/ STARTS / Airsweb etc
- Responsible for the delivery of site inductions and induction processes
- Responsible for ensuring site communications are kept up to date i.e. notice boards
- Act as the first point of contact for the site, carrying out reception duties when required
- Responsible for the investigation into credit control claims

**Your challenges**
- Create purpose and direction around Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures (OGSM) deliverables
- Understands the impact of own actions and others on achieving site/business OGSM and how it impacts the bottom line
- Demonstrate health and safety leadership and commitment
- General office and facilities management including the coordination of hospitality when required
- Communicate with all contacts in a professional manner
- Actively seeks out improvement opportunities within the workplace and converts to own Operational Excellence (OE) projects
- Collaboratively works with other team members to improve our business
